I NEED HELP

Today instead of going to the gym I played tennis then I ate a healthy dinner. Then I started to go bad I ate 2 coconut cookies, chips, jalapeño Cheetos earlier then a PB&J. But I am showing progress because on a regular day I would eat even more then that. I still think I done bad I'm trying to drop weight for my tennis coach that's gone to glory, my family, me and for my dream to become #1 rank pro tennis player.

    Why do you have 3 threads for the same topic? And honestly as you mentioned you are showing progress what you ate and move on. And secondly the best person to try to lose weight for is yourself because at the end of the day it's you who makes decisions another what to eat. Good luck on your tennis dreams.

    Good job cutting it back! Keep doing that until you can hit your goal and it becomes so much easier. It is progress; you're right. Congrats and good luck!
