Hey. Name's Nina. I've been telling myself I'd like to lose weight for some time now but haven't really committed to it. We will be going to visit family in s couple months and would like to be a lot thinner. Of course I'm being realistic or Id say 40 lbs thinner. Lol
The important thing is I'm actually trying now. If anyone knows of any workouts that make toning easier or faster weight loss, PLEASE let me know!
