Fabulous in February

I pretty much let January slip by without making goals. So I'm announcing to you all my 3 main goals to start tomorrow. I plan to drink more water and stay away from diet drinks. I plan to keep monthly measurements instead of weighing myself weekly. I plan to watch my sugar intake and enter my food in mfp. If anyone would like to add me, feel free. Tell me your goals.

    I too am making some February goals! I'm going to drink my water, limit coffee intake, stay within my calorie range and start being active.
    We can do this!

    I am going to eat less sweets, log my food, and work out 3-5 times a week. :)

    Log every day honestly. Drink more water and not give up or in.

    Yes! My goals for February are watch my sugar and calorie intake, be better about logging foods and also work out everyday for an hour.

    January was good for working out (made my goal of 3x/week!) and I've been logging almost 2 weeks now (there's definitely a few naughty days though). February I want to be in the gym 3-4 times per week and be a good girl food-wise!
