Hi Everyone!

I noticed quite a few people wanted to continue on from the January 2016 Weight Loss Challenge. It works the same way; set your own goals and weigh in each week. You can weigh on on a different day if it fits your schedule better.

Everyone is welcome and you can join at any time.

    This challenge has helped me since July. I've neglected it since the holidays. :( I've finally lost the holiday weight. It's time to get back on the consistency train. And, lose the rest of this weight, 82lbs.

    So glad to see this monthly challenge continue. The January thread was a ton of motivation for me, and I'm thrilled with my progress! I even beat my goal for the month of January! Hope to see everyone return and new faces join in! Let's kick butt in February too! ;)
