It has taken me 13 years of eating healthier and exercising, but I've finally lost 60lbs. I went from 275 to 215 as of today. I wore a size 22/24 and now wear a 14/16. I'm not done yet. I showed some co-workers these pictures and they didn't believe that those were me. Both of the heavier pictures were from 2002 and the others were taken recently.

You look great! Way to commit! I am going slowly too. If you are anything like me you might get annoyed with those posts where people whine about only losing 8 pounds that month.

Thanks everyone! I often get down on myself for the weight that I'm at now, but looking at those pictures I am proud of how far and how hard I worked to get here. I know I'm not done, but I'm on my way.

@tiffanycompton33 Yes, and while I'm very happy for them for their accomplishments, it does get frustrating.
