Here's what I've learned on MFP in the short time I've been here.

1. I'm not eating enough
2. I'm eating too much
3. A low carb diet will damage my kidneys
4. A low carb diet will fix my kidneys
5. Never, ever skip breakfast
6. Always skip breakfast
7. Carbs are bad
8. Fat is bad
9. Protein is bad
10. Eat six meals a day for maximum metabolicalness
11. Eat one meal a day for maximum weight loss-icity
12. There's no such thing as starvation mode
13. I'm currently in starvation mode
14. The only thing that matters is calories in, calories out... except when it doesn't.

Does that pretty much cover it? Easy enough, let's do it!

You know, as funny as this is...it is precisely why I took a long hiatus from the message boards the past couple of months. I simply became exasperated and went on to research in other places.

So... you have learned exactly what you need to eat based on your level of satiety vs. calories??!!

    Also....
    * The difference between LOOSE and LOSE
    and that
    * Fat weighs exactly the same as Muscle (unless you take that pesky unnecessary thing called volume into consideration, of course).

Don't forget that only water counts as water except when diet pop, fruit, tea, coffee, and juice count as water!
