I don't eat milk or eggs.

For breakfast I will have leftovers from the night before, toast/tortilla with nut butter, fruit or muesli with soy yogurt, or oatmeal with peanut butter.

Oatmeal? Cottage cheese? Fiber cereal with almond milk? Surprising how many people ask this question.

Oatmeal for breakfast. Low fat, no dairy or eggs.

Salads with grilled chicken, broth based soups, sandwiches, leftovers from supper.....tons of options.

Is there a medical reason for low fat? I don't eat lots of fat (reflux) but try to get some with every meal. Very satiating for me.

English muffin with peanut butter and fruit on the side...yogurt with toasted granola...instant oatmeal or overnight oatmeal with fresh fruit...string cheese and a grapefruit.

Lunch I usually do left overs, but today it was riced cauliflower and broccoli, with spicy sausage, and chipotle paste...tomorrow I have chicken tenderloin, broccoli, and onions over a bed of steamed rice (Any seasoning is good, but I like Hidden Valley Ranch Powder or Mrs. Dash ORIGINAL).

Oatmeal with fruit and nuts in it. Someone here also mentioned adding chia seeds, but I haven't tried that yet.
I make mine with cinnamon and vanilla in it, so it's not just boring oats. :)

I will be enjoying my no egg, no flour, no sugar, no fat split pea soup for lunch today...made it myself so I know what's in it (and what isn't)!

Lunch - ground turkey taco mix (I make it -jalapenos, turkey, seasoning, onion and tomato) on a corn tortilla with cilantro and tiny bit of cheese, homemade soups, ground chicken with broccoli and a baked potato, so many things.. usually its dinner leftovers for us

Breakfast - Fruit Smoothies, Greek Yogurt with fruit and nuts, oatmeal, Homemade oat/protein muffins

Here's my current breakfast smoothie. I add 1 t of walnut oil as I find fat satiating, but you could certainly leave it out. If you can't have whey-based protein powder, use vegan.
