Tricep dips and pushups are good for arms0

My trainer says "We need to get rid of the fluff, to show the hard work"....cardio to burn the fat along with tricep work.0

Seriously, I've struggled with this. The loose skin thing. I've lost about 100lbs and being left with loose skin is something I fight all the time. My arms being one of the biggest, especially in the summer, not even just because of loose skin but I have faded stretchmarks too and though they're faded, I feel like anyone could see them from a mile away. So, I can strongly relate to this, but I use weights every single day, I lift a lot of things and I go out of my way to carry and lift things just to build those muscles, it's really gone a long way. There's definitely definition in my arms now.0
