A new month and a new challenge!
Our challenge is to do 10,000 steps in a day. You can do this for any one day or try for the entire month. Jump right in at any time! You can set a lower or higher goal if you wish. Our main goal is to keep activate every day!
It's easy to join - Just post here to begin!

I am in! I just downloaded the Walk yesterday, from the same people that made Zombies! Run, so here's to walking a lot more this month!
My (Samsung) phone comes with its own health app, S Health, and currently it gives a goal of 6,000 steps a day. Figured I will start with that this week, as I haven't seem to be able to consistently hit that yet, and see if I can increase that by about 1,000 each week.
