What do you guys do to keep yourself motivated and inspired. I've lost 85 pounds so far but I'm struggling to stay motivated to lose 25 more. I'm at a healthy weight for my height I weight 158 and I'm 5'7 19 years old. I keep thinking oh I'm at a healthy weight I can have a bad day today and it won't kill me but this is stalling my weight loss ... Any advice on how to inspire my self and stay motivated and I'm also curious as to what you guys do for work outs.

The main thing that helped me out was motivation and accountability groups. I joined my first in October, and am running them now with a great group of people. It's awesome to have like minded people supporting each other and sharing all the struggles and success! Also, I have been taking before and after pictures every 30 days, plus measurements, so I can actually SEE the progress. Makes a big difference seeing side by side comparisons. I also keep a Motivation quotes board on Pinterest. As for workouts, I reached my goal weight with 21 Day Fix and Cize, and am now focussing on toning and strength, am in my 3rd week of P90X3.

Just keep going. Don't wait for internal motivation. Just take the next step. I am never motivated to go to the gym but I do it anyway and then I feel great when it's done you can do this keep going good job. :)

Try making some other goals than just weight loss. 10k? Half marathon ? Crossfit ? Try a fitness goal rather than a weight goal.
