Help...Trying to loose 70lbs...

Hey everyone, Im having difficulties loosing weight. When i was younger and my mom thought i needed to loose weight she would mean eat less. When growing up I was told only eat when you are hungry, well I've been tracking my calories the past few days and only eating when im hungry, and on average i only eat about 850 calories. Passed few weeks ive been doing the P90X3 videos which is 30 minutes per day so I am working out. How do I loose this weight?

    If you are doing P90X3 you will need to make sure you are eating correctly to fuel your body amd not burn yourself out. I love this program..The weight will come.off it just takes time being consistent, focused and determined in your exercise, diet and rest.

    I have been having such a hard time losing weight!! 2015 was the biggest year for me. Well, without being pregnant or whatnot. I work out crazy but unfortunately, you just can't out work a bad diet and I love food!!

    Your not eating enough your body will hold your fat then use your muscle less mess = burning less calories go on s calculator work out your calories

    You do need to eat more calories, especially with that workout program. If you aren't feeling hungry that make sure you're filling up on foods that are higher in calories but still healthy. Healthy fats like nuts, avocados, olive and coconut oils, chia seeds, etc can help add calories without having to eat a bunch more. Plus healthy fats help your nerves and cells work better. I'm a health coach, if you have some questions I'd be happy to give you some pointers.
