    My new habit for this month is to prep my lunch, go to the gym at least 5 days a week and do 60 minutes of cardio, burn 600+ calories all 5 days.

    My new habit is cutting the amount of soda and increase the amount of water I drink

    Thanks guys..new habit is excercising 6 days a week and eating clean 6/7 days.

    Almost didn't get to start my do over today. POWER FAILURE tight b4 my 5am scheduled workout. I cane home and did it though. ..yup..this wont beat me...21 days to kick a habit and start a new one...we got 29 in Feb. .looking forward to doing it with you guys...

    I want to join! I'd like my new habit to be logging things on here daily. Also I want to gain a group of my friends on here to help me stay motivated and encouraged!

    Hi Great idea : my new habits 1) logging everything (staying under calories) 2) weight training 3x a week 3) walk 5km 3x a week.
