My new habit for this month is to prep my lunch, go to the gym at least 5 days a week and do 60 minutes of cardio, burn 600+ calories all 5 days.0

My new habit is cutting the amount of soda and increase the amount of water I drink0

Thanks guys..new habit is excercising 6 days a week and eating clean 6/7 days.
Almost didn't get to start my do over today. POWER FAILURE tight b4 my 5am scheduled workout. I cane home and did it though. ..yup..this wont beat me...21 days to kick a habit and start a new one...we got 29 in Feb. .looking forward to doing it with you guys...
