Persevere. It will become easier.0

Yeah I'm a beginner so I guess the first month might be the hard yet0

Make sure that you use equipment properly and do not overdo it. For example, a beginner typically needs to work up to jogging for an houe. Start relatively small. The thing that used to get me was lifting too much after a period of no exercise.0

I will be jogging from next week 2days the rest gym and meal prep0

My advice would be to start slow. If you've never jogged before, start with walking. Then walk faster. Then maybe add an incline after a bit and work yourself up. It took me about 6 months before I could jog a mile, although I could have probably tried faster but I enjoy walking on an incline over jogging.0

I have jogged before that was like two yrs ago so I do agree with your advice thank you0

Jogging is painful for me, bothers my knees. I tend to use the Elliptical more than anything for cardio. It's a delicate balance. Push yourself enough to maximize the workout, but not so much that you hurt/discourage yourself. I use the steam room after every workout, really seems to help the muscles recover and seems to work out the pains.0
