YouTube Workouts

So I'm a single mommy of 2 and don't ever have time to go to the gym so I workout at home. I don't have exercise equipment at home either so I've just been following along with YouTube workouts. I've tried a couple FitnesBender && Burn To The Beat ones. My daughter is 5 && loves doing the dance exercises with me. But I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for good youtube workouts that they love.

My favourite is Fitness blender, you get cardio and strenght done. Second blogilates, it's great for strenghtening your core.0

Personally i like jillian michaels 30 day shred and 6 week 6 pack work outs. Also i agree with the above stated fitness blender, they are amazing0

Gymra has some great workouts. The Julia Bognar Tabata workouts are killer and really pack a massive calorie burn in the 25 or so. I also like Nathalie Yco and Christine Khuri on there. Fitness Blender is my go to lately though. BeFit also has lots of workouts. If you want to find say the Jillian Michaels ones they are on BeFit.0

I really like Yoga with Adriene on YouTube... I do this on my off days or to cool down/stretch after a workout because the videos are pretty short and not particularly rigorous but I really enjoy them and I think they've helped reduce stiffness and soreness. Highly recommend!0

I like Tone It Up too. Mostly i do Fitness Blender or Jessica Smith though.
A few days ago, DH was digging in the basement and found a couple of 10+yr old workout DVDs - Does anyone remember the SELF Bikini Ready DVDs by Ellen Barrett? I have no idea if they are still churning out new workouts - but I had completely forgotten how much I liked them. I've been doing these lately

I second blogilates. Its a very approachable method of Pilates, which is awesome for core strengthening, and is great at using muscles you don't normally work. One of the other main reasons I like it is that it's low impact and doesn't piss off my neighbors (I live in an apartment! ).0
