From flab to fab!!!! WITH PICS!

Hey everyone- just wanted to post some progress pics for the first time. I still got a LONG way to go though! I've been working out for over a month, doing lots of cardio, lifting weights and eating healthy. I'm 5'10 and have lost 12 lbs already. I'm about 10 more away from my goal! - And I couldn't have done it without my wonderful husband!!! :heart:

I hate photobucket so I hope this works-

At my heaviest 2 months ago- 163 lbs

    I can see the difference and you look great in your pic now. Are you sure you want to lose another 10 and not just tone?

    Lol- in my before pic, I had absolutely NO definition anywhere on my body. I was slightly overweight for my height, so I figured I'd lose a few lbs and tone up. :) still got alot of work ahead of me though! thank you everybody for the kind words. :smile:

    I'm glad you posted...I'm almost the same starting weight with nearly the same goal as you...im on week 2 of my diet and exercise and I havent seen much of a change in my body yet but your post is a real encouragement!

    Thanks for posting. Sometimes it's nice to see someone with a body like your own. It makes you realize I'm not as fat as I think I am. You look great.
