Hi I'd love to join this challenge.

I'm currently cutting out bread and things with added sugar, grains, gluten. I do have an issue with protein bars and I'm trying to cut back on those as well. I'm focusing on trying to stay under 1,500 calories a day, 40% protein, 30% fat, 30% carbs. Trying to do 10,000 steps a day and drinking more water.
I did a cleanse so I'm not sure if the 279.8 is my real weight or just due to getting rid of excess water. I have a problem with retaining water. My heart and vitals are all good, I just get swollen legs sometimes.
