I was just wondering if somebody can help me out or something. I am 19 turning 20 & I want to lose weight. I guess I dont know any tips of any good healthy safe weight loss or something I am 5'7 & 157lbs. I hope somebody can help me threw this because its hard to lose weight. Thanks!

Enter your stats and goals into MFP and get a calorie goal (tip: More aggressive goals like 2 pounds a week will give you fewer calories, so be reasonable!). Begin logging your food and trying to hit that goal. Check out threads here for useful tips.0
