Started to workout for 45 min a day. Trying to control my diet too. I tend to follow for 1-2 weeks n again back to same routine.
Inconsistency is a big issue

What does "Control your diet" mean?
To lose weight, you have to be at a calorie deficit.

Set a goal. Log your intake very accurately. Measure your exercise as accurately as possible. Stick to it. Win.

Sounds like you're going all out then losing momentum. Weight loss is down to CICO - you don't need to exercise although obviously there are health benefits in doing so. I suggest you change your diet first then introduce exercise. At first just work 2-3 sessions in pw. As they become part of your routine you'll find it easier to add more and you should find it more sustainable. Good luck

then... be consistent? if it matters to you, you continue to do what you need to do

Place eating at your MFP determined calorie deficit a priority over exercising. Weight loss is the result of a calorie deficit, cardiovascular fitness is the result of working out. Get a food scale and weigh/measure all your intake and log faithfully. Don't be impatient, it will take time. But really focus on the calories.
