I've never even heard of that one. I don't take any diet pills, though. I was thinking of taking a creatine supplement to help me in my weight training workouts which in turn will expedite fat loss...if that counts.0

I have a prescription of Adipex. I just don't seem to have will power without the diet pill. I have lost about 40 lbs. since January, using the Adipex.0

I've tried different ones over the yrs (not that particular brand), and I always felt anxious/jittery. I hate that feeling so I haven't tried them in a long time now.0

I am assuming you took the ones with ephedrine in them? I took a pill like that back in like 2000 or around that year, and it made me so jittery that my only viable choice was to get up and exercise. I can see how that pill may work if it pretty much causes you to feel the need to get up and move, but a lot of the ones that caused that kind of symptoms have been taken off the market.0 -
I have went through two bottles of that stuff already. I love it for the water weight loss. I can not tell that it has made a difference in losing weight from the pill but the energy it gives you is great. I wish it was a little cheaper.:smooched:0

I take Oxyelite on occasion, but more for energy than anything. Coffee makes my tummy hurt! Be very careful though...it says on the label not to exceed 8 weeks. Believe me, they mean it. After 2 extra weeks on anything that states an 8 week max, you may not notice, but slowly you develop depression type symptoms. Happens everytime with me. Good luck! Just make sure you cycle off!0

Thanks! Yeah I'm hoping to not take it even the 8weeks. I just wanted to jump start my gym going and start getting a natural energy! I usually drink green tea for energy but decided to give that a break! I love the energy I get and I am starting to look forward to working out (strange feeling!) can't wait to see results!0 -
Don't need diet pills because I'm prescribed:
1.) Adderal/AMPHETAMINE Salt Combo for yes, honest-to-goodness ADD. (I hate that they dropped plain old ADD and lumped everything under ADHD. I'm definitely not hyperactive normally. I have what they fondly call "spaceshot" ADD.) I only take 15mg in the morning. My resting/waking heart rate before medicating is 53bpm. After medicating it's around 90bpm. With an HRM, I burn 17% more calories doing 30DS in the morning while it's in my bloodstream than at night after it's worn off. I'm prescribed up to 3 (45mg) per day, but I prefer to not use more than I have to. It's tempting though. Last time I took 3/day I got within 3lbs of my goal weight.
2.) Spironolactone off-label for hormonally sensitive acne. It's a potassium-sparing water pill. Only helped with the initial weight loss really and it keeps ToM gain to a minimal 2lbs that only sticks around 4 days.0 -
I take Phentermine by prescription 5 days a week and only 1/2 a pill. I have never head of
Oxeylite? what type of pill thisis and were do you buy it?0 -
OxyElite Pro is from USP Labs and you can find it online or at your local GNC. It's not cheap but I love it for the energy boost it gives me. It keeps me alert in the morning, awake through the afternoon and the energy I need to do my workouts in the evenings. I stopped drinking coffee (heavy cream and heavy sugar), energy drinks and down to 1 soda a day max. Sometimes none at all. Others have reported appetite suppression but I haven't felt that effect. It's called a thermogenic and its supposed to raise your body temp and give your metabolism a kick start. I'm about to start my first 'off' cycle so we'll see how that goes. Be warned, though, it's not for everyone especially if you're sensitive to stimulants. Some have reported jitters and other side effects so see if you can get a sample first before committing.0

I don't think diet pills are safe, unless its a vitamin you're talking about. I would stick with the old fashioned diet/exercise!
Although.... I do drink these shakes that tons of people drink and lose weight without exercise!!!?0
