Night Running - Digestion/Bowels

I don't make a habit of it, but occasionally I need a night run. I work second shift, 1:30-10:00 pm. Seems like when I run after work, 5 miles is about it before my stomach says it's time to go to the bathroom. When I run in the morning I never seem to have this problem. Is it due to the food that is lingering in my stomach from the day?

most likely. It may not hurt to carry a few single-use wet wipes... you know... just in case. :sick:0

Wow...you are lucky. That happens to me first thing in the morning in my first or second mile
