Hi everyone,
Scary when I think about how far I've got to go, one pound at a time.
Lost 7lbs so far & determined to start doing things properly, cutting out the sugar, start excerising, actually get fit, not just loose weight.
Any support, advice would be great :)

    If you give yourself small goals say few lbs each month to lose that is better more realistic. Well done on your loss so far.
