Any one have recipes?
Are you able to maintain enough energy through juices to continue with working out? I walk 1 hour a day(am) and do t25 at lunch. Some days its really hard to do

Why juice when you can eat the veggies and get the fiber in them?0

I agree. I like my veggies whole. I really feel like I am EATING alot. I stay away from juice. DRINK WATER. I get that your juicing everything and its nutritious but unless your mouth is wired shut why wouldn't you enjoy chewing? I only use my juicer to make hard cider (LOL)0

Unless it comes with a paper umbrella and several shots of alcohol, I have no interest in juice. Just seems like a weird, messy, expensive way not to have to chew your food.0

Why wouldn't you consume things that give you enough energy to work out? If I'm not consuming enough to get through my workout, I figure I'm doing it wrong...0

You know why it's really hard to do
because of the basic laws of nutrition
juice if you like to drink juice
but if you're going to juice to support working out you will need to get your calories and macros up in it
