    Last month it was Netflix that kept my step count up. This month it will hopefully be the beach.

    I'm going to try again..... I only got about 7600 steps yesterday, but I'm shooting for 10K!

    Just wanted to say no matter how many steps you got in each day I am proud of all of you! Keep on keeping on, a moving and a grooving! It is so inspiring to see so many wanting to become healthier!
