Knee injury - Recovery progress

So here is my before/current pics... I have lost 3 pounds between the pics, I'm now at 206. I have been focused more on strength, feeling better, and dropping body fat. I don't care much what the scale says. haha. The before is when I decided to get back after it with the knee injury. I had a torn MCL which is no big deal, but I also tore the meniscus. The doctors decided it didn't need surgery even though it wasn't healing on its own. It got old waiting for it to heal up (I waited a year). So I just decided to get back to work and work around it. It is still torn and still gives me problems if I do any impact moves on it. Which is why I do a lot of minimal or no impact moves. This is roughly 1 year of work without being able to do everything I was before. My nutrition wasn't always great for the year, which is something I am putting more focus on this year, using MFP. I expect to see and feel a lot of improvement this year. I have a long ways to go to reach my goals, but I am getting there.
I am 35, 5'11" and 206 pounds. (the JBurger2066 is my instagram)

Definitely doesn't look like just 3 pounds. Another example showing that the scale doesn't tell the full story. You look great!0

Keep doing what is working for you. You are doing great.0

Thank you both. That was one of the points I was hoping to show with this, the scale isn't everything. My body fat percentage has changed a lot while my weight hasn't. Still more to go!0

This might sound stupid, but seeing my progress has caused me to ramp up my workouts this week. It got me fired up to see what I've been doing has been working and my workouts feel like they've been even better this week. Haha. My nutrition has been on as well. Hopefully I can keep this going and not get to the "Ok, I'm at my goal I can slack off" point.
Thank you @jusbar71 and @Chupiite for the kind words.0 -
You look awesome!!0
