New Goals for 2016

I have some goals for 2016 and I will be working towards them very hard, when I started a year ago I stepped on the scale and it showed 230 pounds and I told myself that day I need to do something now before my health gets out of control and so I decided to start walking and watch what I eat and I'm now down to 203 pounds and my goal is to get to 160 and I know I can do it just need to keep my mind on it. My daily exercise includes walking between 5-8 miles a day and for around 2 hours day or going to the gym, plus what I do at work.     Those are great goals! They are actually very similar to my own. (starting weight 240) I got all the way down to 176 too. why don't you add me so we can chat, I might be able to help you out.
