100 Pushups

Anyone doing the 100 pushups program? My husband and I are going to start this program on Monday. Has anyone else completed this and what results have you seen?

    I am on week two and doing good so far. Got a little sore on day one this week so I had a two day skip in between days and hope to continue on tonight!

    I was planning on starting sometime soon. I should next week too! My boyfriend has been bugging me to do it with him.

    Great resource everyone. I'm thinking I might have to start with the squats and situps myself.

    Hmmm, I saw the situps but must have missed the squats. We are starting the pushups Monday and I have the iPhone app so we are set to go! Technically, you could do all three of the programs at the same time, but you would hit all the hard stuff together. Maybe I will also try the others, but space them out a couple of weeks. I love the 100 push ups because it only takes a few minutes and I don't get all sweaty. I can pretty much drop down anywhere and do them!

    Exactly, I was going to start with pushups as well. Once I have mastered them, I was going to work on the situps along with the pushups ect. Good luck!

    What does everyone think about joining a group?. I am going to start one called "100 Pushups Club". We can take measurements before we start and update eachother on how we are doing. The club has a Monday start date!
