    I've been inspired to go back in my exercise diary and add up the hours I've put in too. I get my exercise in when I can, but it all adds up :) My poor girl and dog have been dragged from pillar to post in order for me to lose my pounds, but its been oh, so worth it !

    Congrats! Well said! It doesn't matter if you may have eaten too much the day before as long as you get back on track the next day. Never think of the entire journey .. just that one day. Live in the now. :-)

    Great story!! No, I have not named my bike (yet...) She is a very old Peugeot 12-speed but quite plain compared to all the new bikes. So I need a rather plain French name suitable for an older girl - suggestions?
