    Not possible.

    Here's why:
    1) Safe, effective weight loss will occur at around 1-2 lbs per week. If you're relatively lean, more like .5-1 lbs per week. That's 26 weeks IF you lose 1 per week over the entire course of your cut (which isn't likely as it will probably slow down to around .5 per week for the last several pounds).
    2) Abs will only be ripped if you have sufficient muscle mass in your middle. They don't get shredded from just being skinny enough or else every scrawny kid would have them. The best way to build your abs is with big compound lifts like deadlifts and squats. Moves like crunches are better suited for accessory work than as your main ab exercises.
    3) Even if you have the musculature there, abs don't really look shredded until you're under 10% body fat. I don't know your stats but if 180 lbs does put you at single digit body fat percentage, that means it could take even longer to lose the fat. Getting into single digits is a lot tougher than losing the first ten out of thirty extra pounds.

20 pounds in 3 months, mathematically doable, is it reasonable ? Depends on your starting body fat %
