Benefits of eating clean and training are starting to show. Just hope 7 months is enough time to get ripped?

    Hey well working out 5 days a week arm I'm on 3x. Down to two coffees a day, no beer and loads of fruit and veg, but still smoking which I will look at once I'm confident with my focus.
    Any advice you could give would be great.

    It's about calorie counting, ensuring minimum protein and fat macros are acheived and following a decent progressive programme

    and patience

    "eating clean", whatever that means to you, has not really got that much to do with it tbh

    looking ripped is down to the existence of decent musculature plus low enough body fat %
