So my son graduated Kindergarten this week, so he got to pick a place to go for dinner to celebrate. He picked flipping Carrabbas. I looked online and they don't have their nutrition facts up. We had a birthday party, anniversary, now this...Father's Day tomorrow...I'm trying to lose one stinking pound and I keep getting thrown huge curve balls. UGH! Any suggestions on menu items at Carrabbas? HELP!!

Someone posted something similar to this earlier this week, a couple days ago, try typing in carraba's to the food database you will probably find some stuff, they also mentioned there's a mfp carraba's website as well. I hope this helps

I have an app for my Android phone called 'Restaurant Nutrition' by Unified Lifestyle; it is free. It has a list of quizillion restaurants and it does have Carrabba's. I am not sure if it is available for iPhone, Blackberry or Windows. That is what I use for when I am at a restaurant. In fact, many times I have looked it up before I go to a restaurant to have an idea on what I can eat and what I can't definitely eat. I hope this helped.

    Good luck!

Just do some good exercise skip dessert and ask for doggie bag before u start eating and portion off 1/2 of whatever you order and log the food for 800 calories..

I love them! It is one of my favorite places to go. BUT I would only eat 1/2 or the portion and have the salad instead of soup, which runs high in sodium and can have you retain water. Some of the items on the menu are supposed to be "lighter" but just make smart choices.

I just peeked at their menu and saw:

    Grilled Norwegian Salmon
Available in small and regular portions
    Topped with tomato basil vinaigrette

    OR

    Grilled Chicken
Available in small and regular portions
Basted with olive oil and herbs

Or you could just doggie bag it and bring 1/2 of something home. I feel your pain though. We had my son's high school graduation, a birthday, an anniversary and Father's Day in just 10 days. It's a challenge! Good luck! :flowerforyou:

i have found this to be many places, and my guess is they don't want anyone to know their nutrition, because there is too much fat and cals..personally, i wouldn't even look on live strong..if there is no nutritional info online, how would anyone know it ?? it is just someones guess..when you do go tho, ask questions about how they cook it, and ask for alternatives for healthier..best of luck

Go to database and type in Carrabba and a bunch of stuff comes up from there. I use the database a lot to find things that won't come up when doing a search. When I find what it is I copy it and go to search page and paste it there and it will come up and hit add.

This is directly from their website:

"Thank you for your interest in Carrabba’s. We currently do not have nutritional information on our menu items, however many of our guests have special dietary needs. Since most of our dishes are prepared to order we are able to accommodate many special requests. Please make your server aware of your needs or feel free to consult a Manager.
