Hi im new just starting out today. Im getting married next summer and would like to be nice and slim by then.

    I've lost 15 lbs since May 1st. I really try to watch my calorie in take. I eat a lot of No Salt Grean Beans and No Salt Canned (Stewed) Tomatoes. I mix them. It's very filling but only a few carlores. If you like that, it works. Plus lots of water and no sodas. I also try to do cardio 5 times a week, even if only 15 minutes. I

    Soup is great. Its very filling and if you get the light one it has not got many cals in it. I used this site last year and lost 2 stone but I have slowly put it all back on. I just really need to stick to it this time. Does anyone know a good site for very low cal reipies??
