Anybody else out there that listens to Penn Jillette and Matt Donnelly?

I've been a faithful listener to the Sunday School and ICS for a long time. I am using Withings equipment in my weight loss journey and attempting to the best I can to follow the Fuhrman/Cronise lifestyle.

Haven't seen anyone mention any of these topics here yet. Am I alone?

    Yes. I got the 'wiffeethings' scale yesterday and started eating strategically this week. . . Kinda been a Penn fan for a while... Are you familiar with the SGU / science folks too?

    Sarcasm? No preaching, usually interviews or just talking, it's streamed on Sunday mornings, mostly atheist audience.

    Sometimes they go down a fatty rabbit hole and talk about food but mostly just messing around.

    Oh. Although I'm a staunch Theist, I can see how that'd be an amusing topic to consider while working out. Is that what you're saying?

    Yeah I like to have something make me laugh while I'm working, helps to keep me from becoming a lunk.
