Cravings

Lately my cravings are out more than ever especially after lunch and dinner I crave carb and sugar... what can I do to put them at ease? Any suggestions? Thank you.

    Eat what you crave. It's all about dem caloriez.

    I have had the same problem since Christmas with cravings so this week I prepared some sliced carrots, cucumber and peppers and kept them near by for when I felt a craving.

    When I crave something, first thing I (try) to do is eat some raw veggies or fruit. Then after about half hour to an hour if I am still struggling with the craving, I will indulge in a bite or two. Then throw the rest away, it seems like a waste of money, but I'd rather toss the food than up my calories, fats and sugars.

    Always have fresh raw fruits and veggies!
