Oh gosh, there is so much out there! Do you like soups? Make a pot of healthy soup and eat it for days.
I get a daily emailed recipe from FoodNetwork.com that is good for new ideas sometimes. They're not all low cal ones but some are.
Can you pick up a healthy meals cookbook? Or browse recipe review sites?
Can you add more grains like quinoa or brown rice? Or legumes like canned beans? Or some leaner beef cuts for variety?
Why the salt limitation? Something like 85% of us have no health reason to limit it.0 -
Use lots of herbs. Today I discovered spiralized carrots, (you can have lots of different veggies), and they are far lower in calories than pasta, I had them with a home made tomato sauce (which had a kick to it), it had paprika, oregano, basil, chilli powder, onions, red pepper, salt, pepper and chicken breast, with 20grams Parmesan on top and it was less than 300 calories. I like it so much I have just bought a spiralizer and recipe book. I can't wait for it to come. Look for new recipes, there are plenty out there0

I would be bored too! Is there a medical reason for such a restricted diet? Boredom leads to binging in my opinion.
Would you consider trying to incorporate all the foods you love and want to eat for the rest of your life in to your daily diet? Just stay within your budgeted calories for the day. (yes you can eat the foods you love, just less of them)

that sounds good may have to try something like that0 -
Why limit yourself to those foods? Like someone else inquired, are there medical reasons for those foods? If not, it's time to open the door to the wonderful world of other foods.0

There are numerous salt free seasoning blends available now. Mrs. Dash was the first widely advertised and those are very good but there are other brands to choose from as well.0 -
There's nothing you can't have as long as you portion it correctly. Egg on toast makes a filling breakfast. Trying to go low fat, low carb, low salt etc all at the same time can leave you with few choices. Try the macros MFP sets you and see if that gives you more choices.0

THIS!
In my opinion, the whole point of getting healthy and using tools such as MFP is to learn life skills to figure out how to eat the foods you want (within reason) and maintain a healthy weight. It's smart to up your veggies and fruits and eat healthier foods in general, but if you want a sandwich, have the sandwich. If you want to eat lasagna, put your recipe into the recipe creator and portion it out. You can eat the foods you want and still lose weight. It's worked for me for 2 years now. Eventually you're going to tire of chicken breasts and broccoli and eat a whole cake. Or maybe that's just my fantasy. lol0 -
Eggs! Spray pan with Pam spray and sautéed veggies ; mush rooms or spinach or tomatoes n onions w eggs. Use onion powder n pepper instead of salt.
Crock pot soups are awesome... Use water and not a lot of salt and pepper and onion n garlic powder, with beans!
Try stir frying veggies with the chicken or use tofu!

Add different fruits nuts or fish to your salads for variety.0
