This is my small goal right now..at least i am keeping track.....baby steps is all that is required!!!

    And remember, that at the very end it's about your health. Not about being skinny.
    Heart disease is the number one killer of women today.

    Load up on those lean protein, fruits and veggies.
    I opened my diary and people told me to get more fiber and more protein. Helpful.

    Please don't fall for fad diets. They don't last.
    And you want this change to be for life.
