    Hi Jess! Welcome to My Fitness pal! I think a huge thing is preparation - if you get caught with nothing but junk in the house, you're much more likely to eat junk than healthy food! It always helps me a lot to prepare ahead of time :) Wishing you much success achieving your goals! :smile:
