Lean turkey sausage dip I like to make for any occasion or even as a whole dinner:
-1 pack of fat free cream cheese
-1 pack or 8oz of lean turkey sausage
-1 can of basil oregano diced tomatoes
Cook turkey partially and make sure it's crumbled. Add fat free cream cheese to pan and allow to melt. Add in canned tomatoes and mix all together. Allow so sit and reduce/ heat up/ thicken a little. Seasonings such as spicy, garlic, pepper....etc can be stirred in if desired. Transfer mixture to bowl and place dippers such as pop chips, pita bread, vegetables....etc0 -
Chickpeas.
Hummus or roasted chickepeas in the oven.
* Make your own hummus. The store stuff is full of soybean oil often as first ingredient. I like using olive oil.

I am going to make these shrimp stacks from the Skinnytaste website, but I am going to make small ones in plastic shot glasses. Sushi Sliders. I have made the full size versions before and they are delicious. There are a lot of other good app recipes on the skinnytatse website.
