He doesn't respect your time, which makes him someone that's not worth it!0 -

uh..you could've asked causally "hey lol were you asleep? "
It really depends on his answer too if he seems genuinely sorry for missing the text or if he couldn't give two poops about it. My bf because he is busy with school / work nods off from time to time so I don't take it personally when he doesnt quickly respond to a text. I don't know how long you've been seeing this guy but if he's doing things you don't appreciate reoccurring and not making an effort to let you know (considering you told him it worries you ) I'd say cut your losses.
Imo I think people are becoming too sensitive and could be looking into this a bit strongly. You don't know if he doesnt respect her time. Were only an outsiders opinion.0 -

The difference I see between your relationship and her's is that you have already established your boundaries and built a foundation upon good communication. With her, it's something new, informal, and unofficial, so I think it would be more considerate to make the extra effort and cluing her in since she doesn't know what his schedule is typically like. But you are absolutely right in that we're only an outside opinion! Maybe he has contacted her since this post and smoothed things over.0 -

I appreciate your way of thinking and you too are correct. I just want to give people the benefit of the doubt.0
