    Run a calorie deficit daily. Lift heavy 3 days a week with some cardio and do just cardio 3 days a week for like 2 hours on an empty stomach. Eat like 10% or less of carbs a day. That's all I got for ya.

    Don't eat back calories that you exercise. Apps tend to over calculate calories burned.
