Super Bowl Fitness Game

Every time the clock is stopped but it's not a commercial, you do an exercise.

1st Quarter - Jumping Jacks and Squats
2nd Quarter - Crunches and Leg lifts
Half Time wrap up before the show - Planks
3rd Quarter - High Knees and Butt Kickers
4th Quarter - Push Ups and Sit Ups

    Allan, I don't want to be distracted from watching the commercials, that's the best part. Also, I figure with all the clock stops, time out's etc, the total work out will be well over 90 minutes! But I like your thinking!!

    2nd Quarter - Refill beer and chips & guacamole
    Half Time wrap up before the show - Refill beer and ribs
    3rd Quarter - Use the restroom (the beer will be working its way through by now)
    4th Quarter - Tequila shots

    Honestly, there's exactly 4 days in the year in which I super indulge; the Super Bowl is one of those. The only fitness I will do is fittin' all the wings and beers and cheese and crackers in mah belly.
