Can't loose any more

I have lost 75 pounds but need to loose at least 10 more. The problem is I have stalled out. I know this plagues everyone but it is frustrating.
I am 173 pounds and 5'6". 60 years young.
I am restricting calories to 1100-1200 per day. I exercise 60 min a day with approximate calorie burn 500-800. Many days I have a deficit of 800 - 1000 calories, yet no loss. Do I need to reduce calories more? I'm already below recommended calls for a male.
Thanks. J

No, you need to eat more instead of restrict.0

Every time I read something like this I think the best thing is to take a break. Eat at maintenance for a week or two, keep up your routines and exercise. Then rework MFP goals. Put in your new weight, see calorie suggests and go from there.0

I'm in a similar boat, I'm eating a slight deficit and started working out. I haven't lost a thing in a month. I did some updated photos the other day thought and noticed considerable changes in areas that I don't normally notice. You may want to focus on the overall composition of your body instead of the number on the scale at this point.
you are also eating way to few calories. go through the mfp setup again to readjust and set for a .5lb loss per week. follow the intake it gives you and be patient. you will get there it just takes time.0 -
I agree with those telling you to take a small break and eat at maintenance for a short time. You might actually FEEL better.0

I also agree. You could probably use a break. Take one day off and eat anything you want, then go back... but I wouldn't advise eating less than 1500 per day, especially with all the exercise you do.0

Based off of the recommended starting numbers as stated, "12 calories per pound" I will look at this.
I'm a 44 yr old male that has to lose weight. I started in Dec 2015 at 260 lbs. As of this morning I'm at 236 as i have been for a couple of weeks. Below are my totals from MFP. I have shown three days since most are very close to these totals. I increase yesterday as someone told me i was not eating enough which is why i was not losing.
Yesterday Totals ... (a little more sugar today due to extra fruit)
Totals 1,477 179 20 138 1,803 110
Your Daily Goal 2,133 266 71 107 2,300 80
Remaining 656 86 50 -31 496 -29
Calories Carbs Fat Protein Sodium Sugar
Wed:
Totals 1,221 112 44 92 1,241 50
Your Daily Goal 2,128 267 71 106 2,300 80
Remaining 907 154 27 13 1,058 30
Calories Carbs Fat Protein Sodium Sugar
Tues:
Totals 1,160 139 23 88 1,805 55
Your Daily Goal 2,231 279 74 112 2,300 83
Remaining 1,071 140 51 23 495 28
Calories Carbs Fat Protein Sodium Sugar
So looking at the numbers in the post at 12 cal's per pound- 236x12=2832 (which i have set my goal lower as shown for the things I may forget to log or log wrong.)
I have stalled as well and cant seem to break through the wall.. And ideas on this..0 -
