Two business people i deal with, go to the same gym as I do. (Was accident as one changed from another gym at the same time I changed from my previous one). One is really nice the other is total big head. I actually work harder at this gym more than the previous ones just so I don't give them something to laugh about. They probably never see me there and are intent on own workout but I'm just making sure they don't get chance.0

I've hung on to pants for years. 34's, 36's 38's 40's I've said I'm going to fit in them again someday. Well, that day is now. 40's are back in storage, 38's are on my body, 36, 34 here we come.0

I have a horrible photo of myself, at my biggest I think, on my fridge and in my pantry. I see it and am shocked at how different I look now. It's like a different person. When I go for snacks, I see that photo and am motivated to not get to that point ever again, which means individual, healthy, choices daily. I shut the fridge or pantry, and have a glass of water, and assess in a little bit if I'm actually hungry or just craving. Also, I keep a floor mirror in a spot where I walk towards it a ton every day, and I love what I see in it. I have a long way to go but I'm still loving what I see so far. And it's all because I FEEL so great, the appearance is a byproduct, but it reminds me of my newfound health and wellness.0

My husband's offbeat sense of humor. I've had injuries lately from exercising and he just called me Disaster Duck.
"Disaster Duck, you are so f***ed, Disaster, Disaster, crash bang Duck!" He keeps me laughing and gets me out of my discouraged mood.0 -
What keeps me motivated is that fact that I have always wanted to be someone else. And over the years have realized....thats not going to happen! So I am not ok with accepting my mental limitations....I am interested in seeing what I am capable if I try:)0
