Near to goal More Weight and Less Cardio or Up Cardio?

Hi,

So i've lost 3stone, have about 1 stone to go to reach goal. How much Cardio should I be doing now? I love weight training but have been doing 5 workouts each week so far with around 45 mins cardio then 45 mins strength - weights, squats, lunges, abs etc.

Should I focus more on strength now and less on cardio - if so how much cardio is enough

    Personally, that sounds like a lot of weight training to me, so I would up the cardio. Also, you might want to try mixing up the type of exercises you do - if you're on an elliptical, try hitting the treadmill instead. I try to aim for an hour of cardio at least, personally, even if it's just a good brisk walk.
