Hi everyone!

Hi everyone! I just started my weight loss journey and am excited to finally be brave enough to stick with it! I'm going 2 1/2 weeks strong into my lifestyle change and I'm loving watching the weight Come off. I recently had kidney stone issues and that really opened my eyes to my bad health and bad habits. I started off weighing 311 and was down to 299 this morning :)

    So far I've been doing pretty good which has been surprising to me! In the past when I've tried to lose weight I had a lot more cravings and lack of ambition to exercise. The weekends are the hardest because that's generally when we would always go out to eat. How have you been doing so far?

    That's great!! Health issues got me seeing what I was doing was so wrong so I think I should be able to stick with it. I'm just happy to finally be motivated enough to really work at it.

    Congrats! I am on day ten and started at 205 lb, lost 3 lb already and have to say not too painful! I didn't find this site until 3 days ago so my profile doesn't reflect this yet but I know it's coming off and that keeps me going! Like you haven't worked out how to add people so feel free to add me if you worked it out haha! Weekends are hard cos hubby is home and he's got worse resolve than I have lol! But, luckily we live in a tiny township in Northern Ontario with only two restaurants which are more like cafes so eating out really doesn't happen, so I have some control! I am even enjoying exercising again! Pulled my step out of the cupboard and dusted it off, found some do-able yoga and strength training videos ... just need to keep this feeling going. Nice to 'meet' you, keep at it girl!
