My Daily Goals keep changing even though I set by grams, not %

I set my goals to be by grams, not percentage. Protein 60gr/Carbs 55gr and it keeps changing these figures which is throwing me off on my mobile app. Today it has changed protein to 64 and carbs to 58, yesterday protein was 66!
It would be better if I could set the Nutrients Remaining on the mobile dash to Nutrients Completed.
I'm a premium member specifically for this control. If I cant track what I need, what's the point?

Since you are a Premium member, did you turn off adding exercise Calories? When exercise Calories are added to your daily goal, those Calories are distributed across the macronutrients, and the gram amounts will increase. You can either turn off adding those Calories (since you are a Premium member) or add the exercise activity and then edit the Calories to 1 or 0.1
