okay so I know you retain water during that time of the month, but does that mean when you workout you sweat like 3X more than usual?
The past few days I've worked out (i have changed nothing about duration, intensity, time, or type of exercises) I am sweating WAY more than usual. I'm literally like soaking/drenched in sweat. Is this like normal ?

could be several different things all ties to your hormone dump. If you find yourself craving salt and fat it is probably due to hormone change and stress. If your food choices are the same then we look at your age and and ask if you might be peri-menopausal and then strap in and do your best to adapt to the normal changes your body makes as you enter this new phase of living. It is also getting hotter outside and so we sweat more to keep cool. Drink your water and stay away from caffine and any other stimulants that may make you feel puffy and slow. Remember: when you are retaining water you need to drink more water. Just make sure that you don't drink to much and make yourself sick. This is a journey of balance.0
