It is delicious but of course terrible for you. Only make it 2-3 times a year. Melt a stick of butter with crushed sleeve of ritz crackers and tablespoon of poppy seeds. Cook until browned. Set aside. Cook chicken and cube. Mix can of cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and cooked chicken cubed and pour into casserole dish. Cover with buttered poppyseed cracker mix and bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Prepare white rice separately. Spoon chicken mix over rice on plate. Chicken crack.

I want to sleep in and have a warm body next to me in the morning when I wake up and it is cold. Luckily that's just a want, but when I move it will be a need. I should probably start the application process soon. ;-)
