It's easier if you just start a new day when you wake up.

That would be my guess....I have noticed that if I forget to close out a day, the program automatically moves to the next day.

Most people say to log it in as the same day not the next day. New day starts when you wake up from sleeping all night.

I don't count my days over until I go to sleep for the night.

i had an apple at 12:15 the other night and when i logged it, it automatically went to the next day...i guess i could have went back to that day, and logged it but really didn't think about it, it had already turned to the next day

    Hey there

If u plan and foresee this as happening and u structure ure exercise to accommodate late eating then enter into Friday's plan.

Personally, the midnight hours are when the unplanned junk food and/or binges make their appearance, so it's advantageous for me to enter these foods in the Saturday plan. Doing so forces me to recognize that I just 'wasted' this many calories before the day has really begun! Also, this way these calories can still be factored into exercise and eating plans.
It's a motivational perspective for me.

    Hope this helps!
