Ok, hi. I made a post about this last week about going over your calorie intake by ALOT. I can't just moan because I know it was my fault, but i'm really becoming obsessed with what I eat and I feel so so so sad and angry if I over eat. It sucks and there's nothing I can do about it after i've stuffed my face.
I weigh 8.10 and some days I weigh 8.9. I have been on a diet for about 2 weeks, and I over eat some days, and other days I under eat.
Will this effect me loosing weight? I
used to eat 1800 a day, that was my guideline for my age but now i'm at 1200.
Thankyou!

i let myself down again today and yesterday. i gotta get back on the wagon again. I don't think a couple of bad days will affect your weight greatly...after all, a pound is 3500 calories so you would have to eat 3500 extra calories to just gain a pound. I'm trying to stay positive and I hope you do too!0

whatever you do, don't go under 1200, in fact, i recommend 1400. I think undereating sets people up for failure since your body will be starving the next day and then starts the binge.0

Thank you, my mum and gym instructor says that my weight will fluctuate all the time so if the scales are showing me 1lb in difference it doesn't actually mean I have lost, nor put it on. I hope that's right! haha x0

Maybe your calories are too low for your activity level? It could be that you aren't overeating for what your body really needs.. Going from 1800 to 1200 is a huge drop- especially if you workout at all.0

Don't give up, I over ate last week for the fist time since february. I ate my 1200 calories plus.my burned calories and 65 over. I gained 2 lbs. Sad to say I was .6 lbs from my goal weight. I got back on track this week and I lost it all but a few ounces. It does work just stay focused. Serving size portions. Good.luck! This doesn't mean that im done. Just the beginning .0
