Hello everyone, I'm Beck I am from Queensland Australia. I have used this as before along with exercise and it was successful I lost 20 kilos, since then I have been through a marriage break up, and many many more changes in my life i have put 8 kilos back on which has devastated me so I'm back at gym and counting calories. I have been doing it on and off over the last two weeks to get back into it, but I'm officially starting a 12 week challenge tomorrow . Would love to meet some new friends and support from this group, I joke and say, I got the kids he got the friends.
